Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a high flexural rigidity in regardless of molding form by integrally embedding a metal wire along the surface layer surface of a molded product having a modified surface formed of thermoplastic plastics. CONSTITUTION:A metal wire 1 is integrally embedded in the pipe wall 2' of a plastic pipe 2 of polyethylene resin. The metal wire reinforced plastic pipe is formed by disposing the metal wire having a magnetic alloy layer having the Curie temperature on the outer surface of the plastic pipe 2, applying a high frequency current to the magnetic alloy layer having the Curie temperature, and then pressing the metal wire 1 onto the outer surface of the pipe wall 2' of the plastic pipe 2, and then embedding the metal wire while melting only the pressed part of the plastic pipe 2. Consequently, the metal wire can be embedded even in a molded product having a modified surface, and the flexural rigidity of the molded product can be extremely increased, resulting in a product strong to the fluctuation of the ground. |
