Summary:PURPOSE:To protect a driving circuit by obtaining maximum values both accelerations of a speed command and a speed feedback signal, obtaining difference decision times in which the difference becomes a decided value or more and interrupting a motor supplying power when the times exceed an oscillation decision value. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration calculator 16 calculates the accelerations of a speed command and a feedback signal, then calculates the maximum values of the accelerations, and input it to a predetermined area. A power interruption controller 17 calculates the times in which the difference of both the maximum values becomes a decided value or more at each sampling time, and outputs an interruption signal S to a power interrupting circuit 14 when it decides that the times exceeds an oscillation decision value.
