Summary:PURPOSE:To permit all execution from the upper side of a floor without any fastening means such as bolts by providing a hanger simply hooked on the floor surface to support upper and lower fire-resisting partition plates sandwiching a fire-resisting filler therebetween in a through hole. CONSTITUTION:A hanger 1 has the upper end flange 13 hooked on the upper surface of a floor F and a leg piece 12 and carrier 11 suspended in a through hole H. Then, a first fire-resisting partition plate 2 is lowered from the upper surface of the floor F into the through hole H, and two left and right plates 2 are laid abutting each other on the carriers 11 of hangers 1 in the bottom of the through hole H to close the bottom of the through hole H. A gap between the fire-resisting plate and a linear body C extending vertically therethrough is plugged with a fire-resisting seal material 5 such as fire-resisting putty. A fire-resisting filler 3 is put from the upper side of the floor into a space in the through hole H to eliminate any gaps. Then, a second fire-resisting partition plate 4 is lowered from the upper side of the floor into the through hole H, and two left and right plates 4 are floated abutting each other on the upper surface of the fire-resisting filler 3 so that the upper portion of the through hole H is closed.
