PURPOSE:To repair a conveyor belt within a short time of about several min by applying a compound consisting of a main agent based on polyether polyol and a specific curing agent to the part to be repaired of the running conveyor belt and curing the same. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the underside running part of a running conveyor belt 1 is cleaned by a brush cleaner 3 and an adhesive is applied to the surface from which dust is removed of the belt 1 by a nozzle 4. When the region coated with the adhesive becomes an upper side running state, the ultra-high speed curable polyurethane elastomer supplied from a pressure supply apparatus 5 is sprayed to the adhesive coated region of the surface of the belt 1 by a spray gun 6. As a result, the polyurethane elastomer is naturally dried and coagulated during the running of the belt 1 and the part where canvas cloth is exposed by the damage of the surface rubber of the belt 1 is repaired in the state covered with an elastomer layer.
