Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent a glass fiber from sliding, by a method wherein a projected matter is arranged zigzag on at least one surface of each surface of a core material of a rectangular parallelepiped glass cloth comprised of a glass fiber, glass cloth is wound round a core material so as to avoid the projected matter, which is arranged within a mold, and pressing-in and curing of liquid resin are performed after mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:Projected matters 2 whose bottom is phi5mm, top is phi1mm and height is 1mm are provided on the surface of a core material 1 in large numbers, zigzag and not in a straight line on a top, bottom, left and right planes each of, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped having a width of 50mm Xthickness of 20mm X length of 200mm. Then the foregoing core material 1 is set up to a mold 3 held at 100 deg.C, then a sheet of a continuous strand mat 4 comprised of glass is wound round the core material 1 and glass cloth 8 into which a glass fiber is woven at right angles is wound round the rectangular parallelepiped so that the projected matters 2 enter into eye of the glass cloth. Then liquid urethane resin is cured for three minutes after pressing-in of the same at 20kg/cm in the vertical direction from the central point P of a molded body 5 and the molded body is demolded.
