Summary:PURPOSE:To adjust the received sound volume with the operation from a slave set and to eliminate the deterioration in the S/N by providing an operation section adjusting the sound volume of reproduced voice and a circuit sending a control signal in response to the operation of the operation section to a master set in a radio signal to the slave set to control the modulation of a modulation circuit of the master set. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal inputted from a trunk line 3 via a trunk line circuit 11 of a master set 10a is FM-modulated by a voice modulation circuit 12a, sent through a radio channel by a transmission circuit 13 and an antenna 16, the radio signal is received from an antenna 21 of a slave set 20, demodulated by a reception circuit 22, amplified by an amplifier circuit 23b and reproduced by a receiver 24. When the sound volume changeover switch 25b of the slave set 20a is operated to increase the sound volume, a CPU 25a sends the control signal increasing the sound volume via the reception circuit 22 and the antenna 21. When the CPU 15a of the master set 20a receives the control signal via the antenna 16 and the reception circuit 14, the CPU 15a gives a command of increasing the modulation of the voice modulation circuit 12a to the voice modulation changeover circuit 17 to control the modulation of the master set 10a.
