Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the tensile strength, bending strength, and torsional properties while retaining the lightness in weight by incorporating an inorg. substance, a filler, and additives into a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin having a directional property, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene butyl ester, or polyimide, an inorg. substance such as a silane-treated glass bead, silica, alumina, or clay, a nonoriented, uniaxially oriented, or biaxially oriented filler, and additives are fed through a crystallization apparatus 1 and a drying apparatus 2 to an extuder 4 and extruded through a nozzle 5. The extrudate is passed through a cooling bath 7, subjected to the first orientation 8, passed through a warm water bath 9, subjected to the second orientation 10, passed through another warm bath 11, subjected to the third orientation 12, passed through an annealing apparatus 13, and wound up with a winding machine. |
