Summary: | PURPOSE:To increase paste using range by previously so obtaining the values of thicknesses of upper and lower layer pastes after drying as not to peel due to baking, and so setting the thicknesses of the pastes after drying as to employ an optimum value within the range of the value. CONSTITUTION:Values of upper and lower layer pastes 3, 2 after drying not to peel due to baking are previously obtained, and the thicknesses of the pastes 3, 2' after drying are so set as to employ an optimum value within the range of the obtained values. Accordingly, when two or more layer pastes are simultaneously baked, even if the softening point of the paste 3 is lower than that of the paste 2 and the contraction of the thickness due to the baking of the paste 3 is larger than that of the paste 2, a multilayer pattern can be formed without peeling the paste 2 due to the paste 3. The paste can be used without increasing in steps, with improving the softening point, contraction and without altering the paste. Thus, paste using range can be increased. |
