Summary:PURPOSE:To perform stable ironing by providing wax feeders on the roll-shaped iron face with no laundry from the position where the ironed laundry is removed to the position where the laundry to be ironed is fed, and continuously feeding a certain quantity of liquid wax. CONSTITUTION:A hot-plate rotary type automatic iron device with a roll-shaped iron has wax feeders 37, 38 or 39 on the roll-shaped iron face with no laundry from the position where the ironed laundry 4 is removed to the position where the laundry 4 to be ironed is fed, and a certain quantity of liquid wax 32 is continuously fed. The liquid wax 32 is coated at the portion of each iron roll 1 in no contact with the laundry 4, a required quantity of wax 32 is coated on each iron roll 1, and stable ironing can be performed.
