CONSTITUTION:Retaining means 115 and 125 consist of a parts 85 and 95 to be attracted made of a magnetic material formed in a selecting lever and electro magnetic actuators 110 and 120 which work to attract or not to attraet the parts to be attracted of the selecting lever at a pressing position corresponding to a program to give a control device reversible in any timing. A retaining device and the selecting lever do not share a sliding and contacting part.
