Summary:PURPOSE:To easily move the body in the direction in which a suction hose is drawn by simple operation and to improve the operability by constituting the cleaner so that a movement control means drives driving wheels from the body of the suction hose detected by a direction detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Sucked refuse passes through a suction hose 6 and is collected into a dust collecting chamber 3. At the time of moving a cleaner body 1, driving motors 12, 13 operate by depressing a push switch 27, driving wheels 10, 11 rotate and the body 1 moves. In this case, a movement control means 21 controls a rotating speed of the driving motors 12, 13 in accordance with the leading-out direction of a suction hose 6 detected by a direction detecting means. In such a way, by controlling the rotating speed of the driving motors 12, 13 in accordance with a size of theta, the body 1 always moves in the leading-out direction of the suction hose 6, while going straight on and executing the right rotation and the left rotation. Accordingly, by depressing the push-switch, the body 1 follows the direction in which in the suction nozzle exists.
