Summary:PURPOSE:To allow the formation of fissionable materials and the treatment of high-level waste while producing energy by using liquid nuclear fuel as the nuclear fuel of a reactor core and the constitutional material of a blanket part and adopting the construction to circulate between both regions. CONSTITUTION:Proton 2 is accelerated 1 and a natural uranium U target 3 is irradiated with this proton to generate neutron energy. The fissionable materials are formed and the Pu enriching degree of the fuel is increased by the neutron capturing reaction of the nuclear fuel fertile material in the blanket BK part 4 consisting of molten salt nuclear fuel (MSF). This MSF flows into the reactor 7 and produces the energy by a nuclear fission reaction. A part of the energy acts as the driving source for the accelerator 1. The MSF circulat ing in the reactor 7 extracts the fission products and separate 9 the high-level waste (HLW) and is then circulated to the BK part 4. The HLW is sent to an HLW storage tank 11 and is converted to stable nuclides by nuclear rupture high energy neutrons; thereafter, the HLW is stored 12. A natural U molten salt supplying device 13 melts natural U in the molten salt and supplies the same to the BK part 4, thereby compensating the decrease of the nuclear fuel fertile material.
