Summary:PURPOSE:To equalize the data bases to each other between a stand-by system and a working system by producing a transfer request for the system information and the history data via a computer device started in the stand-by system and then transmitting the system information and the collected and stored history data via a computer device of the working device. CONSTITUTION:A computer device 1 receives the system information from a computer device 2 via a communication control part 10c and sets the received information in the device 1 itself. The device 2 collects and stores periodically the history data via a history data processing part 20a. When the device 1 is started, a history data base 4 is first updated and a history data request flag is checked. Then the device 2 reads the necessary history data out of the base 4 and gives it to a communication control part 20c via a processing part 20a after a fact that the request flag is set up is confirmed by a system state monitor control part 20b. The part 20c transfers the history data to a communication control part 10c of the device 1. The part 20a of the device 2 resets the request flag after transfer of the history data. The device 1 transfers the history data received from the part 20c to a history data processing part 10a. The part 10a updates a history data base 3.
