Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide the subject solid electrolyte having high ion conductivity and film strength and useful for batteries by comprising a cured product from glycerol acrylate ester derivative containing a specific alkylene oxide copolymer, vinyl chloride, etc., and an alkali metal salt, etc. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I (R is H or methyl; m>=3; n>=0; m>=n; 3<=m+n>=50; n/m=0-5) is mixed with (A) a low mol.wt. ethylene oxide-propylene oxide random copolymer whose both ends are etherized with alkyl groups, etc., (B) at least one kind of compound selected from poly vinyl chloride, high mol.wt. alkylene oxide (co)polymers, a compound of formula II (R is H or 1-5C alkyl; R is 1-5C alkyl; 2>=P>=30) and a compound of formula III (R is H or 1-3C alkyl) and/or a compound of formula IV (R is H or 1-3C alkyl) and (C) an alkali metal salt or an ammonium salt to provide the objective solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte can be dissolved in an organic solvent, cast, subjected to the evaporation of the organic solvent and subsequently thermally cured at 80 deg.C for 3 hours. |
