CONSTITUTION:The objective covering material is such that, when covered on supporting columns or frames making up a raising house or tunnel, etc., band-like portion corresponding to the required part at least on one side of facing parts except the upper side part is made aerially intransmissive, while the other side aerially transmissive. Specifically, parts (solid lines) sagging onto the ground 1 on both the sides are made up of polyvinyl chloride films 2, whereas the upper part (dotted line) of a nonwoven fabric sheet 3, and the resultant covering material is fixed with fixtures 4. When the present covering material is used, a wind blowing along the ground will be blocked at the aerially intransmissive parts 2, thus preventing the temperature fall within a raising house or tunnel during the night.
