Summary: | PURPOSE:To simplify the handling of a timer by actuating a starting means with a comparison means when the difference between setting temperature data and room temperature data is larger than reference data, and preventing the start of the operation of a burner when the room temperature data is larger than the setting temperature data during the last actuation of the comparison means. CONSTITUTION:When it is 15 minutes prior to the start of combustion, the reference data written in ROM responding to 15 minutes ago, the output data of a room temperature setting means 2, and the output data of a room temperature detection means 3 are read where each data is computed for comparison with a comparison circuit 4. When the difference between the setting temperature data and the room temperature data is larger than the reference data, an attempt is made to operate a starting means 6 of a burner 5 even before the preset combustion starting time and turn a burner in operation mode. In this manner even when the timer is in standby mode, say, before 15 minutes, a 8 minutes, or 3 minutes for example, an attempt is made to actuate the comparison means 4 several times. When the room temperature data is larger than the setting temperature data, the start of the burner is prohibited by the judgement made during the last actuation of the comparison means 4. It is, therefore, possible to set a time with ease. |
