In this case, when the food and drink are prepared or sold, at least a part 12 of the roof part 10 is raised and at least a part of the floor part 30 is lowered. Namely, the part 12 of the roof part 10 can be raised, for instance, by vertically moving a front wall 22D through a hydraulic cylinder 70 or the like attached to a partition 22C. A back low part of the car 1 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 60 for lowering a box-shaped floor part 32. In addition to that, a low part of the car 1 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 80 for fixing the car 1.
