PURPOSE:To arrange plants and flowers in tiers and heap leaves and flowers densely by providing the front surface of a heaping sheet with a plurality of bag-shaped and top-opened parts to store water and forming holes in a holding sheet for inserting plants and the like to be heaped therethrough. CONSTITUTION:As it is inserted into a bag-shaped part 10 which stores water, a twig 2 to be heaped can be supplemented water sufficiently. A holding sheet 7 is made of a metal net of large mesh and fixed to the upper surface of a heaping sheet 6 for covering it almost in adhesion. An L-shaped latch 11 is provided on a lower reinforcing frame 53 for latching the both sides of the holding sheet 7. When it is put into the bag-shaped part 10 of the heaping sheet 6, the twig 2 is inserted through the mesh of the holding sheet 7, whereby it can be held by the sheet 7 not to incline forward.
