Summary: | PURPOSE:To prevent a combustible gas from being discharged out of system by converting hydrogen, which is a by-product, into water for recovering hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:Together with by-product oxygen and unreacted raw water, ozone produced in a first electrode 5 is dissolved uniformly in a liquid phase part 1b in a container 1 through a gas dispersing pipe 18 after passing through a pipe 17. Water in the liquid phase part 1b is purified by sterilization, deodorization, etc. Meanwhile by-product hydrogen is again oxidized into hydrogen ion on a third electrode 9 of an anode of a battery and moves toward a fourth electrode 10 of a cathode of a battery through a second solid electrolyte 8. Then the hydrogen is reacted with air oxygen led to a third production chamber 20 of a by-product gas treatment chamber through a pipe 23 and recovered in the liquid phase part 1b through a pipe 21. Excessive ozone remaining in a gas phase part 1a of the container 1 is set to an eighth production chamber 20 through a pipe 22 and reducingly decomposed. |
