Summary:PURPOSE:To surely prevent the curling of an already fixed copy sheet by carrying a material to be fixed toward the downstream while its leading part is guided to be bent in the opposite direction to a direction in which the material to be fixed is wound around a fixing roller. CONSTITUTION:A scraper guide 25 as a guide means is provided adjacent to plural scrapers 23 arranged in the axial direction of a heat roller 21. The guide 25 guides the already fixed copy sheet P so that its leading part P0 and trailing part P1 are bent in the opposite direction to the direction in which the sheet P is wound around the roller 21 by means of the rear sliding surface 26 of the guide, if the sheet that is curling upward after being peeled by the scraper 23 is carried. Consequently, if the leading part P0 of the already fixed sheet curls, the curl is readily corrected.
