Summary:PURPOSE:To easily fix a bag to a rotary vessel and to improve the handleability of the machine by holding the opening of the bag with amount, fitting the mount into the rotary vessel and fixing the bag to the vessel. CONSTITUTION:The opening of the bag 17 is held by the mount 16, the mount 16 is fitted into the rotary vessel 13 along with a lid 18 by the hooks 21 provided at two positions, and the bag 17 is fixed to the vessel 13. When the vessel 13 is rotated at high speed, centrifugal force acts on the garbage and water in the bag 17, hence the eater ascends along the inner surface of the vessel 13 and discharged to the outside through the gap between the bag 17 and the groove 19 on the peripheral wall of the lid 18, and the garbage is dehydrated. When dehydration is over, the lid 18 is detached from the vessel 13, the bag 17 is pulled up by holding its end, and the bag 17 contg. dehydrated garbage is brought out of the vessel 13, carried to a specified place and discarded.
