Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an apparatus by providing a plurality of photodetectors at the front surface of a sensor amplifier, attaching the upper and lower ends of the sensor amplifier to a case through vibration-proof materials, and supporting the case on an attaching frame through buffer materials. CONSTITUTION:In a detecting apparatus, a plurality of photodetectors 5 are provided at the front surface of a sensor amplifier 9. Upper and lower brackets 11 and vibration-proof materials 10 made of silicon are provided at the upper and lower ends of the sensor amplifier 9. Thus, the amplifier 9 is attached to a case 13. The case 13 is further supported on a frame by way of a buffer materials 14 and brackets 15 together. As the vibration-proof material 10, a gel-state material whose raw material is silicon at the intermediate state between liquid and solid and which has the function for decreasing vibration, impacts and the like by displacement and interval attenuation is used. As the buffer material, a spiral material made of metallic wire rope is used. |
