Summary:PURPOSE:To improve safety by constituting such that a lock lever is held in a door lock release position when the lock lever is rotated by the door opening operation to a specified position, and that the throw-in of an operation handle is prohibited when the door is open. CONSTITUTION:When a release pin 10 is operated to rotate a lock lever 9 to a specified position after opening a circuit breaker 1, a projection 19a of a hold lever 19 constantly urged by a spring 22 projects from a base 7, and the lever 9 is held at a door lock release position. When the lever 9 is thrown in from the condition of being held in the door lock release position by an operation handle, a projection 19a of the lever 19 is actuated by a push piece 24 of a cam 5, the lever 19 rotates in the direction of releasing the hold of the lever 9, the lever 9 is returned by a spring 11 to the door lock position, and when a door 12 is open a claw 9a of the lever 9 engages and holds a claw 5b of a cam 5, and the throw-in is prohibited.
