Summary:PURPOSE:To surely eliminate shaking vibration by inputting a clock into an updown from a clock generating means oscilating at a frequency corresponding to an accelation signal. CONSTITUTION:A vibration insulator is provided with a clock generating means 10 oscilating at the frequency corresponding to the accelation signal, and the clock is inputted into the updown counter 11 from the clock generating means 10. Namely, the frequency of the clock which is inputted into the updown count er 11 changes according to the accelation. Therefore, the accelation can be controlled concurrently with the following speed of an actuator 120. Thus, the actuator 120 can correctly follows shaking vibration largely changing in speed and accelation, whereby the shaking vibration can be surely eliminated.
