Summary:PURPOSE:To analyze a large-scale circuit at a high speed by sending data which is found by a certain data processing means to another data processing means and finding another data by the latter data processing means by using the received data, and repeating this processing. CONSTITUTION:The circuit simulation device is equipped with a CPU 40, a memory 41, an output device 42, an input device 43, and a data arithmetic part 44 consisting of many cells 45 which are arrayed in a matrix. Each cell is equipped with a 1st storage means 45d where data sent through a data trans mitting means is stored, a 2nd storage means 45b where information showing specific relation born between data stored in the 1st storage means according to electric characteristics of corresponding elements is stored, and an arithmetic means 45a which finds part of the data stored in the 1st storage means from other data stored in the 1st storage means according to the information stored in the 2nd storage means and stores it in the 1st storage means. Consequently, the large-scale circuit can be analyzed fast.
