Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the failure by heating of parts exclusive of soldering parts by introducing the steam generated in a steam generating tank to spray nozzle provided in a heating chamber, and locally spraying the steam through the spray nozzles to the soldering parts. CONSTITUTION:Soldering is executed by using the steam. A heating chamber 11 into which members 3 to be soldered are carried and the steam generating tank 16 where the steam is generated are separately segmented. Plural pieces of the spray nozzles 12 having apertures 12a in proximity to the soldering parts 4 of the members 3 to soldered are provided in the heating chamber 11. The steam generated in the steam generating tank 16 is introduced to the spray nozzles 12 and the steam is locally sprayed through the spray nozzles 12 to the soldering parts 4. The soldering is executed without heating the parts exclusive of the soldering parts of the members to be soldered up to the soldering temp.
