Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the run of fused synthetic resin by providing a hole through which fused synthetic resin material passes, at the periphery of a control circuit board during formation of a housing, and further providing a chamfered part at the flange part of said housing. CONSTITUTION:For a housing 1 consisting of synthetic resin material, a stator iron core 3, a winding 4, and a control circuit board 6 are fixed by molding inside it, and further it is equipped with a flange part 2 for mounting. At the periphery of the control circuit board 6, a resin passage port 28 is formed by cutting at a position opposed a molten resin pouring port 51. At a corner on the control circuit board 6 side of the flange part 2, an R-shaped chamfered part 27 is provided over the whole periphery. In formation of the housing 1, the injected fused synthetic resin flows smoothly and quickly into the inside of a mold, passing through the chamfered part and the resin passage port 28 of the control board 6. By improving the run, the efficiency in formation of the housing improves, and the defective generation rate falls.
