Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance, specific elastic modulus, internal loss, and profitability of the multiplayer diaphragm for a speaker by heating a multilayer sheet specifying the weight ratio of a skin layer consisting of a specific component to a core layer at a specific temperature to mold the sheet and setting up surface crystallinity to a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:The skin layer is formed by a resin component obtained by mixing 5 to 50 weight part of inorganic compound with <=50mu average grain size and 0.5 to 10 weight part of inorganic compound or polyolefin with <=10mu average grain size with 100 weight part of polyester having >=80mol% ethylene telephthalete repeated unit. The vacuum molding or vacuum pressure air plug assist molding of the multilayer sheet consisting of the skin layer and thermoplastic elastomer at the weight rate of 70:30 to 95:5 is executed while heating the materials at 100 to 180 deg.C to crystallize the surface crystallinity to 15% or more. Consequently, the heat resistance, specific elastic modulus, internal loss, and profitability of the diaphragm can be improved. |
