Summary: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the remaining disinfecting and cleaning solution at the time of preliminary cleaning and disinfection, make the amount of a liquid constant when filled and permit an easy removal of the remaining liquid from a filling device after completion of the filling by connecting the lower end of a weighing part of the filling device and an aseptic chamber with a pipe. CONSTITUTION:At the time of cleaning and disinfecting, a cleaning and disinfecting solution is sent from a tank F to a filling tank C and an aseptic chamber E through a feed pipe. Such solution is sent from the filling tank C to a weighing part 23 of a filling device D with a piston 22 located below and, then through a pipe connecting a filling nozzle 24 and the aseptic chamber E, the solution in the aseptic chamber remains as such and the one in the filling nozzle is sent back into a disinfecting and cleaning solution tank F through a nozzle cup 70. This cycle is repeated to effect the cleaning and disinfection, not allowing the cleaning and disinfecting solution to remain in the weighing part 23. At the time of filling, the liquid to be filled is sent into the filling tank C and, upon being filled to a high level thereof, the liquid feed is terminated and, upon being decreased to a lower level thereof, the liquid feed is restarted. The filling device D is maintained at normal pressure with a lower space in the piston and the aseptic chamber E in communication with each other. |
