Summary: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the remaining disinfecting and cleaning solution at the time of preliminary cleaning and disinfection, make the amount of a liquid constant when filled and permit an easy removal of the remaining liquid from a filling device after completion of the filling by providing an aseptic chamber and a disinfecting and cleaning solution tank below the filling device and a pipe connecting the lower end of a weighing part of the filling device and the upper part of the aforesaid tank. CONSTITUTION:At the time of cleaning and disinfecting, a cleaning and disinfecting solution is sent from a tank F to a filling tank C and an aseptic chamber E through a feed pipe. Such solution is sent from the filling tank C to a weighing part 23 of a filling device D with a piston 22 located below and, then through a pipe provided with a filling nozzle 24 and a filtering part G, sent back into a CIP tank F. This cycle is repeated to effect the cleaning and disinfection, not allowing the cleaning and disinfecting solution to remain in the weighing part 23. At the time of filling, the liquid to be filled is sent into the filling tank C and, upon being filled to a high level thereof, the liquid feed is terminated. As the filling proceeds and the liquid is decreased to a lower level, the liquid feed is restarted. At the time of filling, an upper space in the filling tank and a lower space in the piston are communicated with each other to maintain normal pressure. |
