PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and the impossibility of carrying of a belt by snaking a belt to one side of the belt cross direction at the time of normal rotation of the belt and snaking the belt to the opposite side of the normal rotation time at the time of reverse rotation, and rotating reversely to move when the predetermined snaking quantity at the time of normal rotation of the belt is detected. CONSTITUTION:When the snaking quantity attains to the predetermined quantity, a belt sensor 53B detects it. A non-end pressure welding belt 42 and a heating drum 40 are rotated reversely by a driving circuit 51 and the belt 42 is rotated to move to the arrow B direction. The belt 42 is forcedly snaked to the opposite direction to the snaking direction at the time of normal rotation of the non-end pressure welding belt 42, and the shear and the deviation are automatically touched up. The shear and the deviation of the non-end pressure welding belt 42 more than the predetermined quantity are eliminated by rotating the non-end pressure welding belt 42 reversely each time.
