PURPOSE:To raise the processing efficiency of an information processing device so that high speed information transmission can be realized by classifying inputted information into preferential information and non-preferential information by a preferential/non-preferential information classifying means, and storing them in respective output memories. CONSTITUTION:Several pieces of information 3 to 5 stored in an input memory 12 are classified into the preferential information and the non-preferential information by the preferential/non-preferential information classifying means 13 according to identification codes 3a to 5a contained in them, and the preferential information 4 is stored in the preferential information storage part 15 of the output memory 14, and the non-preferential information 3 and 5 are stored in the non-preferential information storage part 16 of the output memory 14. Then, the preferential information and the non-preferential information are monitored independently and respectively, and when each of the preferential information or the non-preferential information reaches the number of information set beforehand, the preferential information or the non-preferential information is read out selectively, and is outputted to the information processing device.
