PURPOSE:To precisely discharge liquid with a fixed quantity by specifically disposing a syringe, air supply source, 1st and 2nd pipings, solenoid operated selector valve, accumulator, and 1st and 2nd pressure sensors and providing a control section which outputs an electric signal to the solenoid operated selector valve and controls the voltage signal. CONSTITUTION:The voltage signal is outputted from the control section 23 to operate the solenoid operated selector valve 3 for discharge and to supply the pressurized air of the air supply source 7 to the syringe 2 at the time of discharging the liquid from the syringe 2. The discharging of the liquid from the syringe 2 is thus executed. The change in the rise of the measuring pressure of the 1st pressure sensor 17 occurring in the remaining amt. of the liquid in the syringe 2 is judged by the control section 23. The control section 23 controls the time to open the valve 3, i.e., the discharge time to maintain the specified discharge rate of the liquid even if the remaining amt. of the liquid in the syringe 2 changes. Always the specified amt. of the liquid is, therefore, discharged from the syringe 2 regardless of whether the remaining amt. of the liquid is large or small.
