Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an exact phase difference signal by deriving an average voltage of a voltage obtained by segmenting and synthesizing at every positive or negative section waveforms of a difference voltage of a reference AC voltage and a comparison AC voltage and both difference voltage of its opposite polarity voltage. CONSTITUTION:Voltage logic signal transducers 14, 15 input voltages of a commercial power source 1 and an invertor 3, and output binary logical signals of H and L in accordance with each positive and negative area of each AC voltage. A delayed FF brings an output of the signal transducer 15 to trigger input and receives an output of the signal transducer 14, and decides a leading and lagging relation of a phase of the invertor voltage against the commercial power source voltage. Also, a voltage difference detector 16 subtracts the inverter voltage from the commercial power source voltage, and detects a difference voltage of both the voltages. Subsequently, it is outputted through a polarity inverting operational amplifier OA, analog switches 17, 18 and inversion logical element INV.
