Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain product having excellent fluidity and less segregation and dusty characteristic by uniformly mixing powder for alloy, additive for improving cuttability, zinc stearate and/or wax, etc., together with ferrous powder with stirring wings and further heating, etc. CONSTITUTION:The powder for alloy and the additive for improving cuttability, etc., and the zinc stearate and/or the wax are prepared. These are primarily mixed with the stirring wings together with the ferrous powder at 2-10m/sec circumferential speed. Successively, binder is added and secondarily mixed. During mixing or after mixing these, the temp. of the mixed powder is raised at 90-150 deg.C to manufacture co-melting combined agent of the binder and the zinc stearate and/or wax. Successively, while executing tertiary mixture at 2-5m/sec circumferential speed, these are cooled to <=85 deg.C. Then, the above powder for alloy and the additive for improving cuttability are fixed on the surface of the ferrous powder particles with the above co-melting combined agent.
