PURPOSE:To prepare a beverage with stable carbon dioxide content by a method wherein a carbon dioxide injection part is provided on piping through which a beverage liquid flows and the control objective value of carbon dioxide injection quantity is operated, renewed and controlled on the basis of the carbon dioxide content on the downstream side thereof. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate of a beverage liquid is controlled to a predetermined flow rate control objective value by beverage flow rate control units 52, 53, 74. A carbon dioxide injection apparatus 54 is provided on the piping through which the beverage liquid flows. Further, a carbon dioxide injection apparatus 62 is provided on the downstream side of the carbon dioxide injection apparatus 54 on the piping through which the beverage liquid flows. In an operation apparatus 76, the control objective value of carbon dioxide injection quantity is calculated from the difference between the carbon dioxide content measured by the apparatus 62 and required carbon dioxide content, and the aforementioned beverage liquid flow rate control objective value. Further, in carbon dioxide injection quantity control units 57, 58, 75, the carbon dioxide flow rate in the apparatus 54 is controlled on the basis of said control objective value. As a result, a carbonated beverage with required carbon dioxide content can be prepared easily and stably.
