Summary:PURPOSE:To make the structure of a disk part fine by partially and separately forced-cooling the disk part in a cast wheel for vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A die space 5 is formed as the wheel shape for vehicle and composed of a disk forming space part 51, spoke part forming space part 52 and rim forming space part 53. A first insert die 11 in a lower die 1 is fitted with bolt 12 at center part of the lower die 1. A second insert die 111 in the lower die 1 forms an axle hole of the wheel. An insert die 31 in an upper die 3 forms back face of the disk part. Straight holes 61,... are formed in the lower die 1 and communicated as annular-state to constitute main cooling means 6. Auxiliary straight holes 71,... are formed in the first insert die 11 and communicated as annular-state to make auxiliary cooling means 7. Cooling water is supplied into these cooling means 6, 7 to cool the lower die 1 and the first insert die 11 and cool a die main body M. In such a manner, since the disk part and a hub part are forcedly cooled, the strength of bolt hole can be strengthened.
