Summary:PURPOSE:To enable a reduction of a tensile force caused by the load of a cable inflicted on the tail end part of a hand piece during the operation of the hand piece by forming a bent part in the tail end part of the hand piece body and pulling out a cable in the state angled by a predetermined angle to the hand piece body. CONSTITUTION:A bent part 36 is formed in the tail end part of a hand piece body 11, and a cable 24 is pulled out through said bent part 36. The cable 24 is pulled out in the state angled by the bending angle of the bent part 36 to the axial direction of the hand piece. The angling of the cable enables a reduction in moment of the force added by the load of the cable 24 during the operation of the hand piece, compared with the case when the tail end part of the hand piece body 11 is straightly formed without forming the bent part, through which the cable is pulled out.
