Summary:PURPOSE:To absorb radiation energy in plant and in the interior of seed and to promote growth and germination by equipping the wall face of container with a lamp for far infrared light irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A far infrared light radiation means comprising a far infrared light radiating film 11 made of a metal oxide is equipped at least on the wall surface of a container. A far infrared light lamp 6 is furnished in the container and a controlling means of input to the far infrared light lamp 6 is set outside the container to promote growth of plant by far infrared light. The thickness of far infrared light radiation film is preferably 10 to 25mu.
