PURPOSE:To obtain a cloths-drying pedestal holding strength, durability and beautiful appearance and having improved efficiency in manufacture, by making concrete flow into a mold housing, which is composed of the housing main body of a plastic material and a bottom part cover, integrally curing and solidifying the concrete with the housing. CONSTITUTION:For a housing main body 2 of the plastic material, only a base is opened in an external form and a rectangular corn pedestal equipped with leg parts 2a in four corners is formed. In a central part, a pillar inserting cylinder hole 3 and an water discharging cylinder hole 4 are vertically provided and further, a reinforce board 5 is provided protrusively in the diagonal direction correspondent the four corners. A bottom wall cover 6 of the plastic material is equipped with a fitting hole 7, which is fitted to the water discharging cylinder hole 4, in a central part and rectangular notched spaces 6a for concrete flow-in are formed at the four corners. Further, bitten holes 8 for the flowing concrete are arranged at suitable intervals. In a state that the housing main body and bottom wall cover 6 are coupled, the concrete flows from the notched spaces 6a into a housing 1 and is integrally solidified and cured. Then, the clothes-drying pedestal is completed.
