Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently atomize large amounts of fuel by providing an ultrasonic wave vibrator or an electromagnetic wave resonator and a magnet to a liquid passage. CONSTITUTION:An atomizer 7 is formed by providing two or more ultrasonic wave vibrators 1 different in resonant frequency to the liquid passage 5 of fuel. The outside of the ultrasonic wave vibrator 1 is coated by a reflection material 21. The resonant figures in a cylindrical vibrator 8 are formed by vibration in the diametral direction and ultrasonic wave is concentrated in the center of the cylinder. Both a vibrator 10 for a scrubber and a vibrator 9 for an atomizer are successively provided. The liquid passage 5 following the ultrasonic wave vibrator 1 is made slender and a magnet 2 is provided thereto. In the cylindrical vibrator 8 whose outside is coated by the reflection material 21, the resonant figures are vibration in the diametral direction and the focus of ultrasonic wave exists in the center of the cylinder. The ultrasonic wave is directly radiated to the fuel injected centripetally and extensively. Fuel is efficiently atomized and thereby cost reduction is achieved.
