Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify the workability of a windows coincidence-fusion process and make it comparatively easy for windows to coincide with one another and to be adhered through fusion by sticking a first plastic tape to which a reinforcement wider than a window to a second plastic tape to which a dummy wire is adhered at both sides in a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular windows 9, 9 are successively made in insulating tapes 3, 4 at prescribed intervals by the use of presses 8A, 8B for windows, and deformation due to twisting, etc., of the insulating tapes 3, 4 is prevented by longitudinally applying two conductor 3A, 4A for reinforcement of insulating tapes to both ends of the respective insulating tapes 3, 4. Next, a rectangular reinforcement tape 14 whose width and length are larger than the window 9 is junctioned to the lower portion of the window of the insulating tape 3, and thereafter, both ends of the insulating tapes are cut off by an edge cutter 32 to form a take-like continuous body 26. Then, the tape-like continuous body 26 and the insulating tape 4 are guided between heating rolls 5, 6 so that the respective windows 9 coincide with one another. Thereby, it is possible to simplify the workability of the coincidence-fusion process of the windows 9 and comparatively easily make the windows coincide with and adhere to one another.
