Summary:PURPOSE:To fix (natural) squalane to a fiber material by mixing the squalane with a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:(Natural) squalane is mixed with 0.5-200wt.%, based on it, at least one compound selected from among a compound of formula I [wherein R1 is an amino (-containing) residue; R2 is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group] (e.g. alkoxymethylmelamine), a compound of formula II [wherein R3 is an epoxy (-containing) residue] and a compound of formula III (wherein R4 is a blocking agent residue which has at least one active hydrogen atom and can regenerate NCO groups; R5 is an isocyanate compound residue; and n+m>=2), e.g. polyisocyanate urethane resin.
