Summary:PURPOSE:To form a shielded electrode for magnetron in one body without welding by performing burring formation on a belt-like plate while the plate is squeezed by stamping. CONSTITUTION:A forming device which performs burring formation on the peripheral section of a bottom hole 41 while the peripheral section is squeezed by a die 16 and punch 29 for burring is made narrower in the interval between cylindrical bodies 10 and 10 and can form a shield electrode 1 which is paired of a plurality of electrodes and cannot be formed by draw forming in one body without welding. When the forming device which is constituted so that burring can be started prior to other works and piercing and cutting works can be completed at almost the same timing when the burring is completed is used, a coil strip 3 is never bent in the feeding direction when it is worked, because the draw-in of the coil strip is prevented at the time of burring formation by using a highly elastic urethane spring 31.
