Summary:PURPOSE:To easily increase the number of desired events to be measured and to prevent the increase of the scale and the cost of a data measuring device even to the increase of the number of events by measuring the events equivalent to the number of addresses of a RAM just with a single RAM. CONSTITUTION:The measurement of the event generating frequency is completed by calling out the contents of the storage area of a RAM 21 which defines the measurement data as an address, for example, for each generated event and writing again the called contents into the original address after giving +1 to the contents via an addition circuit 22. Therefore the contents written into each address of the RAM 21 show directly the generating frequency of each measurement data. Thus just a single RAM 21 can measure the events equivalent to the number of RAM addresses. As a result, a large number of events can be measured with a small hardware quantity. Thus it is possible to easily increase the desired number of events to be measured and also to prevent the increase of the scale and the cost of a data measuring device even to the increase of events.
