Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent bending at the time of the design applying of a press plate, and to conduct even surface formation simply by manufacturing a resin green board by laminating a resin board having photosensitivity and a substrate made of a metallic sheet and forming a projecting pattern coating design onto the plane of the resin green board. CONSTITUTION:When a pattern coating plate 11 is installed onto the circumferential surface of a coater cylinder 5, a pattern coating design 12a and the printing design of a printing unit are registered and printing operation is started, paper 8 after printing is carried by being re-gripped in order of a transfer cylinder 9, an impression cylinder 7 and a transfer cylinder 10, and passed between the coater cylinder 5 and the impression cylinder 7. Varnish in a varnish boat 2 is pulled up by an original roller 3, the quantity of varnish is adjusted by a quantity adjusting roller 4, and the varnish is attached to the projecting pattern coating design 12a by a form roller 6. Consequently, the varnish of the pattern coating design 12a is transferred and applied to the design section of paper 8. The pattern coating plate 11 is mounted at an accurate position, and the printing design and the position of the applying of varnish are not displaced.
