Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate manual work such as insertion and extraction of a voice coil by inserting the voice coil to a step part provided at the base part of the center pole, temporarily holding it, returning the center pole in the direction to draw it from a sub-plate, and moving the center pole. CONSTITUTION:After a frame 10 is fitted to a magnetic circuit 9, the bobbin of a voice coil 2 is inserted to a step part 3 provided at the base part of a center pole 1, and the bobbin is temporarily held. Further a corrugation damper 11 and a cone paper 12 are bonded to the tip of the bobbin of the voice coil 2, the external peripheral parts of them are bonded to the frame 10, and adhesives are dried. Thereafter a male screw 5 of the screw part of the center pole 1 is reversely rotated, and the center pole 1 is moved in the direction to be drawn from the sub-plate 4. Thus the voice coil bobbin can be removed from the step part 3 on the base part of the center pole 1, and the speaker can be assembled.
