Summary:PURPOSE:To enable accurate measurement by expanding an inner diameter of an injection tube from an injection port at the tip thereof while a bend part is formed near the injection port of the injection tube. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a injection tube 10 is formed into a cone and an inner diameter d1 near an injection port 11 is expanded from an inner diameter d2 of the injection port. A bend part 12 is formed near the injection port 11. The bend part 12 is formed in the injection tube 10 to shorten a length L of an axial linear part from the injection port 11. Therefore, light leaking through the injection port 11 from a reagent 4 born by emission within the injection tube 10 is within a range encircle by the dashed line. As a result of a reduction in leakage, effect of a sample 3 to be measured at a light receiving section is reduced on the measurement of a quantity of emission.
