Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate stock control by storing supplier data in a supplier-data memory means, reading out the data with a reading means, and displaying the data on a display part with a control means. CONSTITUTION:A measuring part 2 which measures a material to be measured and a display part 3 are connected to a control means 1. To the control means 1, the following means are connected: an item-number storage means 4 in which item numbers are stored; a supplier-data storage means 5 in which supplier data such as the names of suppliers, addresses, telephone numbers and the like are stored; and a reading means 6 which reads the supplier data that are stored in the supplier-data storage means 5 and correspond to the item numbers. The item number of the material to be measured is read out of the item-number storage means 4. The weight of the material to be measured is measured with the measuring part 2, and the price is displayed on a display part 3. The supplier data are read out of the supplier-data storage means 5 with the reading means 1 and displayed on the display part 3.
