Summary:PURPOSE:To shorten manufacturing time of a product and to reduce product cost by connecting an apparatus, in which molds are laid on a rotating table, continuously shifted and subjected to centrifugal casting and a tunnel furnace, in which heat treatment is executed to the cast products in order. CONSTITUTION:The rotating table type centrifugal casting apparatus 1 is made to revolute while stopping as making interval of each mold 2 one section and on this rotating table 1, the molds 2 composed of cope and drag are laid in order and continuously shifted while drawing the fixed locus. The mold 2 is started to rotate at the prescribed position and poured molten metal is received from a quantitative molten metal pouring device 3 under rotating condition, and the rotation thereof is stopped at the prescribed position to form the product having hollow shape. The cope is removed at the prescribed position, where the mold 2 is stopped, and the product is taken out and fed to the tunnel type heat treatment furnace 4 through a connected plate 5 and heated while shifting the products in order, and the product, to which the necessary heat treatment is executed, is discharged from a discharge hole 6 in order. In such a way, by connecting the rotating table 1 and the tunnel furnace 4, the special heat treatment time is unnecessary.
